BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. All tours starts with two person minimum, Maximum size of the group will be 14 pax.

2. If the first booking starts with one single person, we confirm her/his booking after we have another one or more 　　person on the same date.

3. When there are two person booked on a same tour, Euro 200p/p required as the deposit. The final invoice will be given four weeks before the departure according to the exact number of clients in the group.

4. Tour leader policy:
　　a. For tours with 02--05 pax(person) in a group, we arrange English speaking local guides from point to point.
　　b. Group with 06-09 participants, we will arrange a National Tour Escort to travel with the group.
　　c. For groups with over ten people, we arrange an experienced tour escort for the entire tour.

5. All 16 days of Silk Road China tour, monthly departures are available on every Saturday from May 02 to Sept 26.

2010 DEPARTURES

TRANSPORT: Air conditioned Vehicles for all means of land transfers, Two soft berth train tickets (Kashgar/Turpan, Turpan/Dunhuang),Three domestic flights (Beijing/Urumqi, Dunhuang/Xian,Xian/Beijing) +tax included in the cost.

ACCOMMODATION: Four star hotels in Beijing, Urumqi, Korla, Aksu, Kashgar, Dunhuang and Xian.

MEALS: All meals provided as per program. Western buffet breakfast in hotels. Lunch and Dinner will be arranged both in hotel Restaurant and outside Restaurants to experience the life style of locals.

ENTRY: All entry fees to tour sites are included in the cost.

TOUR ESCORT : Tour escort or English speaking guide arranged by the size of the group.

VISA SUPPORT (LOI) : Official visa support letter will be provided to obtain China visa.
